SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TRANSIT INSURANCE
Shipping Coverage
The Firm ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India through reputed courier and logistics partners. International shipping is available to select countries, subject to FEMA and customs compliance.
If the selected product is available in inventory, then following shipping days are applicable, in case, if the product need to be manufactured before shipping 20 business to be added to standard delivery time period.

2. Transit Insurance
All shipments with an Order value exceeding Rs. 100,000 (one lakh rupees) shall be covered by transit insurance at no additional cost to the Buyer within India purchases.
With regard to international shipments, the minimum order value for transit insurance should be Rs. 2, 50,000/- The insurance covers loss or total destruction of the consignment in transit. In the event of a transit loss, the Firm shall file the insurance claim on the Buyer's behalf and ensure a full replacement or refund.
For Orders below Rs. 1,00,000, basic carrier liability applies. The Buyer may opt for additional transit insurance at checkout at a nominal charge.
3. Packaging
All Products are packaged in tamper-evident, secure packaging with anti-tarnish lining where applicable. Products are accompanied by the Tax Invoice, and product description card. High-value jewellery items are delivered in branded jewellery boxes.
4. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon successful delivery to the specified address. Where delivery is refused without valid reason, risk passes to the Buyer from the date of the first attempted delivery.
5. The Buyer must inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the packaging is visibly tampered with or damaged, the Buyer should refuse delivery and immediately notify the Firm with photographic evidence.
